Villa Sonata aims to make this website understandable and usable for as many people as possible, regardless of device, input method or individual ability.
Conformance status
The website was developed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its target. A complete independent conformance audit has not yet been completed, so full conformance is not claimed.
Measures implemented
- semantic headings, landmarks and labelled controls
- keyboard operation, visible focus and a skip link
- alternative text for relevant photographs
- adequately sized controls and responsive layouts
- support for prefers-reduced-motion and video pause controls
- language-specific HTML and clear link labels
Moving content
The tour videos contain no audio required to understand the content and can be paused. Static views are used when reduced motion is requested.
Known limitations
- A complete test with several screen readers and mobile assistive technologies is still pending.
- Accessibility of external booking platforms and Google Maps is outside this website’s control.
- Some automatically animated image details may still be uncomfortable for some people; the animation can be paused.
